Join us for a special kind of dinner, Sundays thru Tuesdays, as we take you on an unforgettable culinary journey. We will be serving a colorful and tasteful combination of vegetables, poultry, seafood, and meat native to the Philippine Islands in a "Bilao" (a round winnowing basket "for removing rice chaff"). We will be introducing the traditional "Kamayan" (eating with hands) style of eating during these nights.
The Bilao is good for 3-4 people. It includes: fried Tilapia, grilled pork-belly, chicken barbeque, steamed shrimps, steamed crabs, steamed vegetables, fresh Jersey tomatoes, salted egg, and stuffed grilled-squid. It also includes an array of dipping sauces. This order is served with steamed rice and Sinigang broth good to satisfy everyone's palate.
